The New Play

I'm back after an extended absence from writing anything here.

We've just started working on the production of our final play this school year.

Tomato Plant Girl is a children's play. The plan is to have some really fun costumes (made by the Olde Garage Staff), and a set that is fun to both build and look at. Hopefully, word will get spread to the kids and parents of the area that a fun afternoon of theater can be enjoyed on Saturday, April 25, 2009. We're having a specially priced matinee performance at 2 pm for $2 dollars per person for the children of the area. So bring the kids.

Regularly priced $5 performances will be held on Friday and Saturday evening @ 8 pm.

And it all starts anew

Thank goodness. I'm back to the old routine, finally, today. Too much time off from what one normally does can become discombobulating.

Let the play proceed. One month to go.

This is what really happens

I sleep
I wake up
I eat
I use the computer
I might go to sub somewhere
I direct the theater program
I come home
I paint and put things together, occasionally
I speak on the telephone
I go back to sleep

I feel tired a lot
I get frustrated by life
I often put too much effort into something that doesn't matter
I limp along and it doesn't get any better
I regret uncomfortable situations and allowing myself to be placed in them

I mind my own business
